Two ways to deal with a defect
Warranty and guarantee are not the same thing
Both can help, but are based on different principles and can differ in terms of contact person, scope and duration.
Legal guarantee
It is the seller’s legal liability for defects. For new movable goods, the deadline for consumers in Austria is generally two years. The decisive factor is whether the goods were defective when handed over.
Voluntary guarantee
It is an additional contractual promise by the guarantor. Duration, components covered, requirements and exclusions result from the respective written guarantee conditions.

In the event of deviations, the warranty conditions provided with the warranty product always apply.

So that we can quickly assign your request
Send us the order number, proof of purchase, model, serial number, a precise description of the error and meaningful photos. Do not continue to use or charge safety-critically damaged devices and batteries until the matter has been clarified.
