Workshop service in Vienna
Service & repair
Diagnosis, maintenance and repair for PHSCOO and many other e-scooters in our Vienna workshop.
Workshop process
Transparent from inquiry to collection
request
Send model, error picture and meaningful photos. This allows us to better estimate spare parts requirements and deadlines.
Diagnosis
In the workshop we check the reported error, safety-relevant components and possible consequential damage.
Release
For more extensive work, you will receive an estimate of the effort, parts and costs before the repair.
Typical workshop services
- Adjust brakes and replace brake components
- Check tires, tube, valve and rim
- Diagnose battery, charger and charging socket errors
- Check display, controller, lighting and cabling
- Check the folding mechanism, bearings and screw connections
- Obtain and install model-related spare parts
What we need for quick adoption
- Manufacturer and exact model name
- Serial number if available
- Short description: What is happening, since when and under what conditions?
- Photos or video of the error
- Charger and key if relevant to diagnosis
Safety before continuing your journey
The scooter should not be used if the brakes are noticeable, tires are damaged, the folding mechanism is loose, the charger is overheated or the battery is deformed.
Do not transport a visibly damaged battery without prior consultation.
How costs are coordinated
Repair costs depend on diagnostic effort, accessibility, spare part price and actual damage. That’s why we don’t give a binding total price based on a photo alone.
We will confirm before acceptance whether a fee will be charged for the diagnosis or cost estimate and how it will be handled in the event of subsequent repairs. Additional work will not be carried out without consultation.
Frequently asked questions
Can a photo replace an estimate?
Photos enable an initial classification. Hidden damage, electrical errors or consequential damage often only become visible during a workshop inspection.
What happens if spare parts are not available?
We provide information about delivery status and possible alternatives. An order is only placed after a clear compatibility check and coordination.
When should the scooter no longer be ridden?
If the brakes are weak, the folding mechanism is loose, the tires are damaged, the scooter is hot, smelly or the battery is deformed, the scooter should stop.
