If the e-scooter is not safe to drive or is difficult to transport, we will consider picking it up and returning it upon request.

The pickup and delivery service is not an automatically available shipping method. Date, district, vehicle condition, transportation options and costs will be confirmed separately for each request.
Please do not drive a scooter with brake, tire, folding mechanism or battery damage to the workshop yourself.
This is how the request goes
Send location
State the pickup address, floor, access situation and desired time slot.
Describe scooters
Model, weight, foldability, error pattern and photos help with transport planning.
Confirm appointment
Collection, return and possible costs are only bindingly agreed upon after we have received feedback.
For safe transport
- Switch off the scooter and secure it against being switched on unintentionally
- Remove loose parts and personal accessories
- Only include keys and charger after consultation
- Expressly report any conspicuous or damaged batteries in advance
- Specify contact person authorized to collect and telephone number
Collection is not product shipping
