The additional warranty extends the voluntary PHSCOO manufacturer's warranty for an eligible e-scooter by twelve months. It can be added directly to the shopping cart with a scooter or ordered for a scooter already purchased from PHSCOO Austria or Vienna E-Scooter.

Process
This is how the assignment works
- Buy additional guarantee together with the scooter or by specifying the original order.
- Submit the order number and serial number of the eligible PHSCOO e-scooter.
- In the event of a warranty claim, contact PHSCOO Austria with a description of the error, proof of purchase and serial number.

Warranty and statutory rights
This voluntary guarantee exists in addition to the statutory guarantee. It neither restricts nor replaces legal claims against the seller. The written guarantee conditions provided when ordering are decisive.

Check eligibility
The additional guarantee only applies to eligible PHSCOO e-scooters and the scope of components specified there. Wear parts and excluded causes of damage are not covered. Please check authorization and assignment to the scooter before ordering.
