Collect separately
Old electrical devices and used batteries must be collected separately from unsorted municipal waste. Use municipal collection points or a suitable return point. Only remove batteries if it can be done safely without damage and without tools.
Arrange returns with us
Contact us before delivery of an e-scooter, battery or charger. We clarify which return option applies to the specific product and how the handover can take place safely.
Damaged lithium batteries
Batteries that are bloated, deformed, leaking, unusually hot or mechanically damaged must not be used, opened or charged unattended. Do not send a conspicuous battery via parcel service. Keep your distance from flammable materials and contact us or a suitable collection point before transport.
Remove personal information
Before returning, if possible, delete personal data from apps or connected devices and remove your own storage media.
