This declaration applies to phscoo.at and the shop, account, contact and service functions offered through it. There is no automated decision-making, including profiling.
Visiting the website and technical protocols
When you access the website, the web server processes technically necessary connection data. This may include IP address, date and time, address accessed, amount of data transferred, referrer, browser, operating system and server status. The processing serves to ensure the secure delivery of the website, to analyze errors and to prevent abusive access.
Legal basis: Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in secure and stable web operations). Log data is retained only as long as necessary for operations and security. In the event of a specific security incident, affected data may be stored longer until claims are clarified and enforced.
Shop, orders and customer account
Depending on the process, we process the following for the shopping cart, checkout, contract processing and customer account:
- Name, billing and delivery address
- Email address and voluntarily provided telephone number
- ordered products, prices, payment method, delivery or collection information
- Customer account, order history and technical order evidence
- Communication regarding orders, returns, warranties or guarantees
Purpose and legal basis: Contract initiation and contract fulfillment in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR as well as legal retention and proof obligations in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. c GDPR. Invoice and booking data are generally retained for seven years; Furthermore, only if open claims or legal obligations require this. A customer account remains in existence until it is deleted, although order data that must be retained remains unaffected.
Contact, test drive and service inquiries
If you use a form, email, telephone or WhatsApp to make an inquiry, we process the contact and content data you provide. For repairs, additional model, serial number, photos, error description, maintenance and order data may be required.
Legal basis: Art. 6 Paragraph 1 Letter b GDPR for pre-contractual or contractual matters; in other cases Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR due to our interest in answering legitimate inquiries. Inquiries will be deleted after the process has been completed, unless an order, a workshop order, a legal retention requirement or an open claim requires longer storage.
The form sends your information to us by email and does not create a public profile. The newsletter button simply opens your local email program; The website itself does not transmit an address to a newsletter service.
Recipients and external targets
Data will only be passed on to the extent necessary for contract, delivery, IT operations or legal obligations. Possible recipients include hosting and IT service providers, tax consultancies and authorities as well as, in the case of shipping, the commissioned transport service. These recipients only receive the data necessary for their task.
Google Maps, YouTube and WhatsApp are not embedded, just linked. Only when you actively open such a link will you leave our website and the respective provider will process connection data according to its own conditions. WhatsApp processing may take place outside the EU/EEA. For confidential content, please use email or our contact form.
There is no transmission for advertising, analysis or profiling purposes.
Browser cache and service workers
The website can cache publicly available files such as stylesheets, fonts, icons, and images in the normal browser cache or through a service worker. This shortens loading times and stabilizes the display. These files do not contain tracking ID and are not used to recognize you across websites.
External links instead of embedded trackers
Google Maps, YouTube, WhatsApp and phscoo.com are only opened via normal links. Simply loading our site does not establish a connection to these services. Only after you click do the cookie and data protection rules of the external website apply.
Data security and obligation to provide it
We use appropriate technical and organizational measures, including encrypted transmission on the productive website, access restrictions, security updates and purpose-based permissions. However, completely risk-free data transmission cannot be guaranteed.
Mandatory fields in checkout and forms are required to process the respective order or request. Without this information, processing may not be possible. Voluntary fields are therefore not mandatory.
Your privacy rights
In accordance with the GDPR, you have rights to information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Consent given can be revoked at any time with future effect. To exercise, all you need to do is send a message to support@phscoo.at.
You can also complain to the Austrian data protection authority, Barichgasse 40-42, 1030 Vienna.
Changes to this Statement
We adapt this data protection declaration if functions, service providers or the legal situation change. The version published on this page with the status stated above applies.
