This declaration applies to phscoo.at and the shop, account, contact and service functions offered through it. There is no automated decision-making, including profiling.

Visiting the website and technical protocols

When you access the website, the web server processes technically necessary connection data. This may include IP address, date and time, address accessed, amount of data transferred, referrer, browser, operating system and server status. The processing serves to ensure the secure delivery of the website, to analyze errors and to prevent abusive access.

Legal basis: Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in secure and stable web operations). Log data is retained only as long as necessary for operations and security. In the event of a specific security incident, affected data may be stored longer until claims are clarified and enforced.

Purpose and legal basis: Contract initiation and contract fulfillment in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR as well as legal retention and proof obligations in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. c GDPR. Invoice and booking data are generally retained for seven years; Furthermore, only if open claims or legal obligations require this. A customer account remains in existence until it is deleted, although order data that must be retained remains unaffected.

Current online payment: The shop currently offers payment upon pickup. Therefore, no card or online banking data is transmitted to a payment service via this website.

Contact, test drive and service inquiries

If you use a form, email, telephone or WhatsApp to make an inquiry, we process the contact and content data you provide. For repairs, additional model, serial number, photos, error description, maintenance and order data may be required.

Legal basis: Art. 6 Paragraph 1 Letter b GDPR for pre-contractual or contractual matters; in other cases Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR due to our interest in answering legitimate inquiries. Inquiries will be deleted after the process has been completed, unless an order, a workshop order, a legal retention requirement or an open claim requires longer storage.

The form sends your information to us by email and does not create a public profile. The newsletter button simply opens your local email program; The website itself does not transmit an address to a newsletter service.

Recipients and external targets

Data will only be passed on to the extent necessary for contract, delivery, IT operations or legal obligations. There are no analysis, marketing, retargeting or advertising cookies set up on phscoo.at. We do not use tracking pixels and do not create visitor-related usage profiles. Therefore, no consent is requested for advertising or analysis services.

In short: Cookies are only used if they are necessary for an expressly requested shop, login, security or language function.

The name can contain a technically created addition. WooCommerce does not store any plain text contact information in the shopping cart cookies themselves; the session identifier points to server-side session data.

Browser cache and service workers
