Can I test a PHSCOO scooter before buying?
Yes, if demonstration goods are available and by appointment in Vienna.
Which Butterfly Ultra variant is right for me?
This depends on the route, comfort requirements, transport requirements, tire choice and intended area of use. We compare the specific equipment with you.
Is a 53 km range guaranteed in everyday life?
No. The value comes from manufacturer test conditions. Weight, temperature, speed, gradients, tire pressure and driving style influence the real range.
Is every model offered allowed on public roads in Austria?
Not across the board. The decisive factors are design speed, performance and the specific design. Higher or unlockable versions must be checked separately before use.
Order & Service
Which guarantee applies?
Depending on the offer, PHSCOO provides a 12 or 24 month voluntary guarantee. Scope and battery cover are on the product page. Statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
Can I pick up my scooter in Vienna?
Yes, after order and appointment confirmation. Handover and basic functions can be checked together.
Do you also repair other brands?
A lot of work is also possible on other e-scooters. Please send manufacturer, model, error picture and photos so that we can check acceptance.
How do I request a spare part?
Send model, serial number, photos of installation location and existing labels. Compatibility is checked before ordering.
