What is crucial, however, is whether the specific vehicle falls under the Austrian rules for electrically powered small and mini scooters and is fully equipped.<\/p><p>A shop name, CE marking or visually similar model version does not replace this test. The design, actual configuration, performance, design speed and equipment of the individual vehicle are decisive.<\/p><\/section><section class=\"phscoo-section\"><h2>Limits of the e-scooter class<\/h2><p>According to oesterreich.gv.at, an e-scooter in this class has a running board, a handlebar and no seat.
