Use municipal collection points or a suitable return point. Only remove batteries if it can be done safely without damage and without tools.<\/p><h2>Arrange returns with us<\/h2><p>Contact us before delivery of an e-scooter, battery or charger. We clarify which return option applies to the specific product and how the handover can take place safely.<\/p><h2>Damaged lithium batteries<\/h2><p>Batteries that are bloated, deformed, leaking, unusually hot or mechanically damaged must not be used, opened or charged unattended. Do not send a conspicuous battery via parcel service.
